OUR NATIONAL PROGRAMS

ASERusa specializes in building performance design, verification, and rating services for National Building Performance Programs.  Simply put, we are trained and certified to perform verification and/or rating services for the following programs:

DOE EPA ENERGY STAR Home Program
Best Practices Energy Efficiency Program, Mandatory Guidelines by Pass/Fail, with HERS=<85.

DOE EPA Indoor airPLUS Home Program
Best Practices Indoor Air Quality Program, Mandatory Guidelines by Pass/Fail, ENERGY STAR Home Program required.
ASERusa is proud to be in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Indoor airPLUS Program. Through this partnership, ASERusa has committed to promoting Indoor airPLUS qualified homes that provide homeowners with improved indoor air quality.
To earn the Indoor airPLUS label, a home must meet a set of strict guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for reducing poor indoor air quality. Indoor airPLUS qualified homes offer homebuyers all the features they want in a new home, plus moisture control, radon control, pest barriers, improved heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, combustion pollutant control, low emission materials, and third party verification.
